Submitters & Presenters

Abstract Submission – Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission will start on March 6, 2017.
The deadline for abstract submission is May 1, 2017 (23:59 CET).

Abstracts should not exceed 400 words (excluding title and authors) and should be well structured stating the aim, materials and methods, results and conclusion of your chosen topic. Abstracts should be written in Microsoft Word and may not include tables, graphics or pictures. You can edit, delete or simply reload your abstract(s) as often as you like online. After expiry of the deadline abstracts can only be withdrawn in writing.

Encore abstracts are not accepted.

Abstracts of which only parts of the data had been submitted at other congresses, are allowed for submission.

Abstracts concerning a still ongoing study can be submitted. In case of acceptance it is of course to implement latest findings until the respective deadlines (e-Posters / Oral presentations).

For the first time in history EANM will not display any paper poster anymore, but digital e-Posters only.

Guidelines for oral presentations as well as for e-Poster presentations can be downloaded below.

Authors will be notified about the acceptance of abstracts by email on June 20, 2017. The e-Poster Submission will open thereafter.
