Registration Information

Unfortunately, in 2016, a few participants of the congress fell victim to credit card fraud. Professional fraudsters, masqueraded as a travel agency, placed calls and asked for credit card details in order to register, finalise hotel bookings or to offer the same hotel room at a lower price. 

The name of three of these fraudsters are already known: 

  • International Fairs Directory / MULPOR from Uruguay
  • EHS Housing / John Adam / Exhibitors Housing Services
  • Hicord / last year with the fake websites eanm2016.org and eanm-2016.org
  • Housing Planners / Contact: Chris Marshall

Please be aware that these are not third party providers of the EANM and are not linked in any way to the EANM. Therefore, please end calls immediately and do not share your credit card details. Registration and Hotel Booking is only secure if made through the vEANM area.

Payment Deadlines

If the full amount of your early registration fee has not been received on the below mentioned bank account by June 27, 2017, the advanced registration fee will automatically become effective. Therefore we strongly recommend paying last-minute registrations via credit card only!

Registration for Press

If you would like to receive a free press badge please contact the EANM Registration Services (registration@eanm.org) and provide the following documents:

  • Two articles which have been published in medical publications related to Nuclear Medicine (Springer, Wisepress, Schattauer,…)
  • Letter of Support from a medical publisher related to Nuclear Medicine
  • Copy of Press ID

Cancellation of Registration

Any cancellation must be notified in writing to EANM:

In the event of cancellation before June 27, 2017 a refund of your registration fee minus a 50% charge for administrative proceedings will be made after the congress. Any cancellation received after June 27, 2017 will not be accepted (i.e. 100% cancellation fee). EANM offers an extensive cancellation insurance package for unforeseen circumstances, bookable through the online registration platform.

Bank Transfer Charges

All bank charges for the transfer service must be paid by the participant. Open amounts must be settled before receiving a congress name badge.

Late Payment

Fees that have been forwarded too late may not have been credited to the congress account when the meeting starts. To avoid double payment, please make sure to bring a copy of your receipt/bank statement.
Please note: Down-payments cannot be accepted.

On-site Payment 

On-site registration is possible only via credit card payment. No cash payments will be accepted.

Name Badges

The badges for the congress will only be issued on-site between October 21 and October 25, 2017. The badges must be collected in person. A confirmation email including a QR code will be issued upon successful completion of registration. With this QR code, along with a valid photo ID, the name badge can be printed onsite in the registration area.

Lost / Forgotten Name Badges

Due to the fact, that name badges are treated as official documents (i.e. comparable to a flight ticket, theatre ticket etc.) and are not transferable, please note, that lost or forgotten name badges have to be purchased new at the registration desk.

Name Changes

Name changes will not be accepted!
EANM offers an extensive cancellation insurance package for unforeseen circumstances, bookable through the online registration platform.

Wrong Registration Type

In case of overpayment due to choosing the wrong registration type no refund will be granted.

Payment of Cancellation / Administrative Fee

With your registration you authorise the organiser to charge any occuring registration cancellation/administrative fees (under the terms and conditions explained in the registration process) to your given credit card.
